I'm working on articles for The Cluster (Mercer's newspaper), Columbia (Catholic magazine), and Macon Magazine (Macon's local la-dee-da publication). As well, I've started to stab at new topic ideas for the next Mind Sprocket issue.
I have come to a great idea today for my Next Big Piece. Otherwise, I have an article in the works that would work well for a cat magazine of sorts. I also started a new novel that I'm trying to take more seriously. And it's going to take a heck of a lot longer than one month to write!
The fantasy fiction novel is coming along. Slowly. As if that weren't enough, I started a short story about a technical writer who buys personalized gifts for the people he needs information from. And I have many more short story ideas, but not enough Friday nights at Borders to develop them.
We're just two college girls and guys trying to make a difference in the world . . . one linguistic creation at a time. Our plan, inevitably, is to take over the world through various means and actions, such as copyediting. Haha. Ha. Ha.
